She has spent time as a top-tier strategy consultant (McKinsey & Company), publicly traded company and venture-backed start-up executive (Intuit, ShareCare.com, Infusionsoft.com) and family owned business manager (Sam’s Wine & Spirits, Delimex, JelSert Foods). She is a private equity and real estate investor, as well as a board member.
She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth school of business and a liberal arts degree from University of California, San Diego. She trained for Coaching Certification at Newfield Network and has completed more than 1,000 hours of one-on-one business coaching.
Randy Tate is a high school teacher/football coach turned entrepreneur.
He sold his $5M sporting apparel company to publicly traded Sport Chalet, where he then served as a sales executive. He led small business education and training for Infusionsoft, makers of small business sales & marketing automation software.
He has spoken to small business owners on stages throughout the world about growth, sales & marketing, and investment strategies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from University of LaVerne and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Sciences from Chico State University.
Chalmers Brothers is the author of Language and the Pursuit of Happiness, a book that has become an instructional text within Georgetown University’s Coaching Program. He leverages concepts from the book to create leaders who drive powerful results through careful attention to the language they use to lead.
He has worked with CEOs and Small Business owners as a Vistage Expert Speaker and Chair for the last 18 years, and has coached hundreds of leaders within publicly traded companies (TripAdvisor, Harley Davidson) as well as multiple government agencies. He got his start as a Management Consultant for Arthur Andersen.
He holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Worcester University.
Evan Berrett is an expert in strategy, leadership development and leadership program design.
He has designed leadership programs for companies and governments including Microsoft, Adobe, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Center for Change and the State of Arizona. He served as an Adjunct Faculty at BYU in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from BYU.
